The U.S. Reserve began their internship program in February of 2016 when the first marketing intern was hired. The growth and success of this program was celebrated two years later by actively looking for the next group of semester interns with an interest in advancing their skills for interpersonal communications and working in an exciting environment.
The Marketing and Communication Vice President for the U.S. Money Reserve is Jim Warren. He kicked off the program by hiring Mallory Burgess to establish the internship program. She is now the current Media Buyer.

Mallory Burgess was exceptional as the Marketing Coordinator for the program. She was responsible for managing and coordinating the entire internship program. She became the Media Buyer after earning several promotions.

The program during the current semester has resulted in six interns in film, television and radio in the Austin office. Sierra Taylor became the first Intern Supervisor during the summer of 2018.
Sierra Taylor helps run the internship program and is involved with the social media platforms. She is currently attending the University of Texas to earn her Advertising Bachelor of Science.
She appreciates the responsibility and respect the internship program offers. She said the U.S. Money reserve offers professional opportunities for growth, builds confidence and helps the interns solve problems.
